Sachin's journey into mentorship began not in a lecture theatre or on a coaching course, but in the practice where he worked as an associate.

He saw colleagues who were technically capable but commercially lost. Associates who didn't understand their numbers, who couldn't explain treatment in a way patients accepted, who were working harder and harder and wondering why it wasn't translating into the career they'd trained for.

He took on the role of associate mentor and communication trainer within his practice and discovered something that would shape everything that followed.

The gap between a good dentist and a great one almost never came down to clinical skill. It came down to communication, and communication could be taught.

He went on to build his own private practice, reducing his clinical days from five to three while growing his income, by applying the same principles he now teaches.

Today he mentors a small number of associates at a time, one to one, with the same directness and precision he brings to his own surgery. He is still wet-fingered, still practising, and still learning, which is exactly why what he teaches actually works.
