Sanjeet's path into mentorship came through one of the most formative roles in UK dentistry — Foundation Dentist trainer.
Working with newly qualified dentists at the most vulnerable and formative stage of their careers, she developed a deep understanding of what the transition from dental school to real clinical practice actually feels like. The anxiety. The imposter syndrome. The gap between what you were taught and what patients actually need from you.
That experience gave her something rare: the ability to meet a dentist exactly where they are, without judgement, without assumption and help them find the version of themselves that is confident, capable, and in control.
